The Mitchell A. Callahan Autism Foundation was formed to raise funds for families located in Ohio with a child or children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This application is not a guarantee or promise of funds. Applications are taken year round. All applications will be reviewed by the Board of Directors for funding consideration. Notification of fund awards will be made no later than December 15. All application information will be confidential.
